Returns, Refund, cancellations & Exchange POLICY

  1. All our products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. The product(s) can only be replaced in case the product(s) delivered is in the defective condition/damaged.
  2. In case of any such experience, the user is expected to get in touch with our Customer Service within 48 hours of the delivery of the order via email (contactus@cerisenaturals.com).
  3. If you fail to report damages in this time frame, we won’t be able to file a claim with the carrier which further implies that we can’t accept responsibility for the damages.
  4. During this period, the user should not discard the damaged item and its packaging.

Under what conditions can i return/replace my product?

  • Wrong Product Delivered.
  • Expired Product Delivered.
  • Damaged Product Delivered - Physical damage/Tampered Product or Packaging.
  • Incomplete Order/Missing Products.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Delivered You can cancel your order via email contactus@cerisenaturals.com or via messaging at website or you can call at +91 8076-407-354 (Mon-Fri- 9 am to 6pm), and we will help you in cancelling the order.

You just need to give a reason  for cancellation and leave the rest on us.

Cerise Naturals reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal confirmation from the customer.

Note- Orders can only be cancelled till the status is ready to ship.

How will i receive my refund?

  1. In order to avail a refund, the user is expected to return the damaged product the same way it was delivered along with all its original tags, labels and proof of purchase.
  1. After proper verification and approval of the refund, we will process your refund within 7 business working days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns we will refund the money after the product is received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note that this process takes 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.
  2. In case of prepaid orders money will be returned to the bank account/credit/debit card from where the payment was made from within 7 business working days. For Cash on delivery orders customer will have to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund.
