Order Policy
CERISE NATURALS’s employees, agents, logistics partners or designees will deliver the orders placed on the site after the order has been successfully placed and the payment has been processed – except for cash on delivery options for which the full payment in cash must be done at the time of delivery to our representative or logistics partner.
- Pricing: All the products will be sold at or below MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of placing an order are the applicable prices.
- Cancellation Policy: To cancel an order and receive a full refund, you must email us at contactus@cerisenaturals.com. If an order has been dispatched, we cannot offer cancellation unless the product is defective/faulty.
- Complaints: For customer support and complaints please mail us at contactus@cerisenaturals.com.
- You Agree and Confirm- That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by CERISE NATURALS for re-delivery shall be claimed from you – the user.
That you will use the services provided by the Site, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws & regulations while using or transacting on the Site.
That you will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested from you. CERISE NATURALS reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), Cerise Naturals has the right in its sole discretion to reject the order.
